    Try to create tension in opposite directions (by hand) before heating and during cooling down. In very serious cases, you can use the method described above: But do not use steel screws, aluminum, or any soft metal

    Do you rebuild these fuel distributors? And if so about how much do you charge? I have a 1992 Mercedes 300E with the 2.6 liter M103 engine.

    Can't seperate the halves if my life depended on it. I've tried preheating, the torx screw trick... nothing. Any tips?

    Where do you reccoment to buy the diagraph? In Bosch here in Spain they don't sell it anymore!! I have unit no 0 438 100 069 belonging to a 1983 MB 280 SE With 185 Hp 6 cyl motor. Can i use standard o-rings?
