I think the whole sexual assault claim is bullshit.....however...they downplay it in this situation because it came from a man but if the EXACT situation happened to a woman it would be totally different....

He was a ticking time bomb already and this incident just triggered him and pushed him over the edge. No way he is normal.

Sexual assault? I mean drunken, inappropriate harassment, for sure but is there something else that happened that wasn’t mentioned here? Even if the sexes were reversed and a drunken friend made a pass at me and asked me to get in bed with him...I wouldn’t call that an assault.

Lol. I guarantee he got so angry because SHE denied HIM and he’s legitimately mentally ill and wanted revenge.

Okay, anyone trying to justify this psychos actions is ridiculous. 1st - touching someone's arm and asking them to have sex is NOT sexual assualt, man or woman. 2nd - he reported it to his superiors and got the same treatment A LOT of women who reported alleged assaults do so this bullshit about "if it was a woman.. " is just that - bullshit. He actually got the same treatment most women do. 3rd - he is obviously a nut job. Nothing she did warranted this. I have zero sympathy for him!

I don't care if it was a man or a woman in that scenario, it wasn't sexual assault. She went to kiss him, he rejected her. He follows her to the bedroom and she asks him to join her and he says no and leaves. That is simply a rejection, an attempted hook up that was turned down. If he felt threatened after she tried to kiss him he shouldn't have went into the bedroom but even then she didn't force him to do something he didn't want to do. She made a pass and got turned down; that happens all the time. As a woman, if I was him in this scenario and Lisa was a man or woman even I wouldn't consider this sexual assault, she asked him to join her, didn't threaten him or force him- she asked him.... for a man in the military this is pathetic. For a man in general, pathetic. If it had been a woman still pathetic but I'd go further and say drama queen or attention seeker..... ridiculous!

It is very common for delusional men to convince themselves that an attractive woman has come on to them. I once offered a coworker to spend the night on my couch because he was too drunk to drive. The next day he told my manager that I tried to have sex with him. That was apparently his honest perception of what happened. I was shocked he took it that way, but what could I do?

All these videos start weirdly the same, by saying how hot, beautiful or sexy the dead person(s) is. It’s really creepy.

He honestly could have understood that she was drunk, left her house after she made the first pass, and offered to check on her the next day. Even after the second pass, he still could have left the house and talked to her about it once she was sober, especially if they were so-called friends. Never said she groped him, never said she forced or coerced him. I'd fully understand the sexual assault claim if she'd actually assaulted him. Even then, it STILL wouldn't justify murder.
